    Description

    My Client / Opportunity -

    We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to supervise a wide array of upcoming projects in various market sectors for one of the industry's most respected General Contractors You will be joining an established GC with an excellent opportunity for progression.

    Responsibilities -

    • Responsible for managing the submittal process.
    • Responsible for managing the RFI process.
    • Responsible for managing the change order proposal process.
    • The Project Engineer shall support the Project Manager and Superintendent as required in order for them to meet their goals through all phases of a project.

    Requirements and skills -

    • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
    • Understands accounting, financial statements, job cost, and cash flow.
    • 4-year degree in a construction-related major.
    • Motivated for a long-term career in construction.
    • 2 years of project engineering experience.

    What the company can offer -

    • Negotiable leading industry package tailored to bring on the right individual. - $70,000 - $110,000
    • Strong promotion within the project to Project Manager or Superintendent.
    • Job stability due to my client's strong backlog on the project.
