Born in Austin, TX, with That 1 Painter, ResiBrands has grown to over 200 franchised locations across fifteen different states and is continuing to add brands to their portfolio, like GarageUp and PInk's.
With rapid growth comes the need for highly skilled professionals.
ResiMarketing is looking for a Vice President of Marketing to oversee the Marketing teams for all of our growing brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
Oversee all aspects of the marketing department, including advertising, public relations, social media, content creation, and digital marketing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role
Strong knowledge of various marketing disciplines including copywriting, social media marketing, product management, performance marketing, WordPress, Google Analytics, e-commerce platforms, advertising sales, budgeting, and print advertising
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Experience:
