Are you ready to take charge of new business opportunities and drive growth in a dynamic industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
Job Description Summary:
- Lead the new business creation process for a designated account or geographic region.
- Develop and manage a sales process to introduce PTL Marine's products and services to potential clients, driving profitable growth.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Initiate and cultivate new relationships for PTL Marine.
- Utilize existing relationships to propose new sales for expansion in products and services.
- Devise account strategies for successful new business delivery.
- Focus on understanding prospective customers' needs to offer tailored solutions.
- Optimize team performance to ensure customer satisfaction at all stages.
- Identify prospects where PTL Marine's strengths can provide a competitive edge.
- Provide leadership, oversee staff, and drive team performance.
Other Functions:
- Undertake special projects as assigned.
- Perform additional duties as requested.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
- 5-7 years' experience in consultative/solution-based selling within a relevant industry.
- Track record of successful deal closures at senior management levels.
- Strong presentation and listening skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Position involves working in an office environment with some physical requirements.
- Must be capable of minimal lifting and movement during work hours.
