    OnePoint Human Capital Management is a Software as a Service (SaaS) provider committed to delivering customers an Enterprise level HCM application backed by excellent customer service.

    We are looking for a detail-oriented teammate with a positive attitude to be accountable for providing an exemplary level of service to OnePoint HCM customers and colleagues. As a Payroll Tax Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our Payroll Tax department, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll taxes. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development in the field of payroll and taxation.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll tax filings for multiple clients.
    • Verify accuracy of payroll tax data and resolve discrepancies.
    • Research and stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries related to payroll taxes.
    • Assist with audits and inquiries related to payroll tax filings.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to payroll tax processing.
    • Provide excellent customer service to both customers and internal support team.


    Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)


    • 1+ years of payroll tax experience

    • Working knowledge of payroll tax code and payroll tax regulations

    • Ability to perform tax planning and tax due diligence

    • Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills

    • Strong oral and written communication skills

    • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities

    • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships

    • Excellent customer service skills

    • Strong computer aptitude, including Microsoft Excel as well as experience with accounting software

    • Must be a team player/flexible and able to work in fast paced/changing environment


    • Overtime may be required
