Assists with the analysis, maintenance and support for all compensation programs and policies to include but not limited to, job evaluations, position grading, salary structures, market surveys, Fair Market Values, employee performance awards, and variable pay plans.
This position may also assist in the development, design, analysis, and administration of compensation plans, policies, and procedures including bonus and HRIS/systems related projects.
Assists with administration of Position Control, reorganizations, and Secure Payroll.Education:
