    We have a client looking for a Junior Compensation Analyst for a contract to hire role

    This is hybrid in the Deerfield area. W2 only, No C2C.


    Responsibilities:
    Provide support to the Compensation Consultants and may collaborate and act as the internal consultant to HR Consultants and business leadership on compensation-related issues
    Assists in the creation and maintenance of salary administration programs including salary structures, merit and promotional guidelines, and short term incentive
    Completes job evaluations, comprehensive market analysis and creates accurate job descriptions aligned with best practices


    Qualifications:
    1-2 years of compensation or HR related experience
    Experience with Workday a plus
    Excellent communication
