Description

Pennville 'Die Schwarz Immobilien Service combines all real estate services for the management locations of the companies within the Schwarz Group under one roof. They secure property acquisition and take care of building rights. The individual areas of responsibility are available internally and externally as contact persons for all real estate matters.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the realization of the "IPAI Campus, Heilbronn" campus development as the client representative (m/f/d) from conception, planning, implementation to completion, documentation and handover to IPAI Management GmbH
You contribute to the conception of the project and take over the allocation, control and optimization of planning services
You coordinate with authorities and obtain necessary approvals
You negotiate and commission technically complex construction services and are responsible for construction supervision
You take on project management and monitor timely implementation, including budget control and quality assurance
You coordinate, organize and lead the project team consisting of external service providers and internal departments
You prepare project reporting for internal decision-making and steering committees

Your Profile

You have successfully completed a degree in architecture or civil engineering or industrial engineering/construction
You have several years of experience in new construction, renovations and construction in existing buildings, from conception to successful completion; ideally on the contractor side
