- Be responsible for daily management which includes reviewing the status of all open orders and ensuring timely resolution.
- Work all reports, including blocked & incomplete order tracking, to ensure deliveries are not delayed to the customer.
- Provide sales support with the necessary research on price discrepancies, complaints, overnight samples, requests, etc.
- High school diploma, or equivalent, with 2+ years of experience.Associates degree preferred.
- The ability to work a first shift role with hours of 8:30am - 5pm.
- Proven track record of using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) along with SAP software experience.
