Responsibilities:

Partnering with customers to fulfill requests for information, materials, or products
Efficiently entering and managing orders to ensure timely production
Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting the sales team

Requirements:

1 year of customer service experience in an office setting
Strong administrative and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Prior experience in construction or manufacturing preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
