About the Department



We are currently seeking a Project Manager for Reconnaissance Vehicles (m/f/d) to join our "Reconnaissance Vehicles" department at our Oberkochen location.

The "Reconnaissance Vehicles" department is responsible for creating proposals and managing customer projects from the planning phase to development and series processing. In addition, the department defines new products and further develops existing ones as part of product responsibility and strategy.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assisting in project acquisition
  • Creating concepts, specifications, and proposals, as well as supporting customers in creating system requirements
  • Managing international projects within agreed time, cost, and performance parameters
  • Conducting systematic project planning and monitoring
  • Leading project teams and managing subcontractors
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners and customers
  • Delivering presentations within HENSOLDT and to external customers and suppliers, as well as creating corresponding reports
