    We are an Orange County based boutique law firm specializing in personal injury, insurance defense cases looking for a highly motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Paralegal.

    The successful candidate will work closely with our team to provide top-quality legal services to our client. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for better work/life balance and flexibility to work from home.

    Conduct thorough legal research to identify relevant laws, judicial decisions and legal articles that can be used to strengthen our clients' cases.

    Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses, ensuring that all documents are accurate, concise, and persuasive.
    Participate in providing support to senior attorney and client.
    Stay updated on the latest developments in personal injury law and civil litigation procedures

    Assist in the development and implementation of case strategies, working collaboratively with the rest of the team to achieve favorable outcomes for our client.

    At least 1-2 years of experience in paralegal focusing on civil litigation, personal injury and insurance defense.
    Proven experience as a paralegal in a personal injury law firm.
    Exceptional legal writing and research skills, with the ability to draft compelling pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
