Litigation paralegal.

Assist in all aspects of litigation/arbitration including:
-legal and factual research -build and maintain databases and files, extensive use of excel spreadsheets -document review and production -prepare discovery responses and other pleadings -organize and track case files -review and monitor new and updated laws and regulations -co-ordinate law office activities such as subpoena delivery and filings -assist in trial/arbitration preparation including witness lists, exhibits and trial binders -assist the lawyer in the courtroom/hearings
