Your responsibilities

Project to implement an SAP security concept
Planning, controlling and coordinating agile project processes and work models
Supporting overall agile organizational processes and environments
Ensuring the meaningful application of agile practices and tools
Moderating and coaching the team in terms of selforganization and effective work methods
Reducing complexity and interference
Independently planning and conducting sprint meetings with relevant stakeholders and continuously optimizing agile approaches
Also functioning as an Agile Coach

Your profile

Completed degree in IT / Business Administration or a comparable degree / training
Solid and demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master and certification as an Agile Coach
Quick familiarization with technical topics and excellent moderation skills
Agile mindset and good knowledge of methods
Strong conflict management skills
Experience in using collaboration and whiteboard tools
