For our team at VDAB-BSB, we are currently seeking full-time
Organizational and Quality Consultants (m/f/d) for the federal states of Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, and Lower Saxony.

You will support our clients on-site at various facilities in different federal states. In addition to this travel activity, you will also work from home in connection with one of our branches.


At the facilities, you will provide training in various areas related to current and relevant nursing topics, such as expert standards or new inspection criteria, and advise them on various quality-promoting and organizational issues as needed.

You will conduct internal and external audits and prepare nursing facilities for regulatory inspection situations.

You will develop and implement concepts for the further development of facilities in the areas of quality management and organizational structure.

In addition, you will advise our clients on all short, medium, and long-term goals and wishes.
