    Job Summary: In support of the sales strategy, develop and retain a quality client base through the acquisition of new business and maintenance of existing customers to attain maximum sales volume and develop maximum potential volume from all markets for the division's products and/or services.

    How You'll Contribute

    • Cultivate strong relationships with FNF Partners, serving as their primary point of contact and building rapport to enhance partnership satisfaction. Engage partners proactively to understand their needs and challenges, and provide tailored support and guidance.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new FNF Partners, ensuring they have access to relevant resources and training materials. Provide comprehensive training and guidance on product usage, features, and best practices to empower partners for success.
    • Offer ongoing support and assistance to FNF Partners, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues or product-related challenges faced by partners.
    • Monitor partner engagement and usage of our products and services, analyzing trends and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Provide feedback and recommendations to internal teams based on partner insights and feedback to drive product enhancements and optimizations.
    • Collaborates with internal marketing teams provided for their territory where needed to develop local marketing content (print, electronic) and social media presence to drive brand awareness to support sales strategy.
    • Effectively creates or adapts and delivers presentations to customer groups, target customers, agents and others.
    • Interacts daily with other work groups (such as operations, marketing and escrow branches)
    • Communicates proactively with and responds in a timely manner to clients.

    • Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs and objectives to better respond and provide solutions.
    • Applies diplomacy and tact.
    • Demonstrates persistence, tenacity and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunities.
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills
    • Flexible with the ability to adapt strategy to changing conditions.
    • Understanding of market and competition with the ability to identify external threats and opportunities.

    • Strong negotiation skills.
    • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
    • Real estate experience a plus
    • Title company experience a plus
    • 3-5 years client relations manager experience

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary Range: $75,000-$80,000.00 competitive salary, negotiable, plus bonus
