Job Overview
As
Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and nurturing relationships with our franchise prospects.

You will be dedicated to understanding their goals and aspirations, fostering positive interactions resulting in the awarding of a franchise.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a proven track record of leadership in client relations, account management, or a related sales field to join a fast-growing franchise system.

The role will involve working closely with other senior members of the team. As such, this role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of client-centric approaches.


Responsibilities:


Strategic Relationship Management:


  • Builds a franchise development pipeline and process that consistently maintains a sufficient inventory of qualified franchisees to meet the company's yearly quota.
  • Responsible for clearly communicating the franchise strategy, processes and status with direct reports, peers, department leaders, franchisees, franchise leadership and senior leadership on a regular basis.
  • Using DocuSign to ensure contract signatures comply with the Administration Policy and contracts are signed and returned in a timely manner.
  • Assists with maintenance of contracts including amendments, renewals and/or terminations.
  • Must be able to work independently, multitask and prioritize workload, to meet demanding deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of program management to include tracking projects, reporting, ensuring milestones are aligned with timelines.

Client Communication and Engagement:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects maintaining regular communication to understand their evolving needs.
  • Conduct regular checkins, reviews, and feedback sessions to move prospects through the pipeline.
  • Ensure prompt and effective response to prospect inquiries, concerns, and requests.

Qualifications:


Proven track record of:

  • Experience in a leadership role in sales, client relations, account management, or a related field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospect at all levels.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities, with a track record of driving client satisfaction and retention.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to inspire others.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, client engagement tools, and data analytics platforms preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstration of a professional attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Franchise Sales and Franchise Agreements.
  • Experience in contract management and administration.
  • Prior experience working with contracts.
  • Experience in franchising and business planning.
  • Lead Generation and market research skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.

Pay:
$50, $80,000.00 per year
