As an innovative service provider, we constantly face new challenges and continue to grow.

We are currently seeking a
Controller (m/f/d) to join our administrative team on a full-time or part-time basis. This position is permanent.


Your responsibilities:

As the sole holder of this position, you will have the opportunity to shape your tasks as the role is being partially restructured


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating budget plans and quarterly reports for the managing director and board
  • Overseeing the controlling process
  • Planning performancebased salary negotiations
  • Conducting economic and special analyses
  • Participating in strategic projects

Your profile:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (B.Sc./FH)
  • At least 5 years of practical experience in controlling
  • Knowledge of common accounting software
  • Proficient in MS Office programs and strong communication skills in both written and spoken German
