As part of an 18-month trainee program, you will get to know the dynamic and diverse world of retail.

What you will contribute:


  • You show commitment: By supporting the team in the merchandise management of the food departments purchasing/production ultrafresh 2 (bread and bakery products, fresh meat/poultry, and sausage products).
  • You participate in tenders, supplier negotiations, annual meetings, and tastings and gain insights into conducting negotiations.
  • You will be introduced to the instruments for strategic and operational planning and control of assortments with the aim of optimizing merchandise groups.
