HR Payroll Specialist:


Your responsibilities as HR Payroll Specialist:

  • The focus of your work is on the administration of personnel data, including their recording and maintenance in the corresponding systems.
  • Creating and maintaining personnel files, preparing certificates, and assisting in the preparation of employment references.
  • Supporting our HR team in all matters of operational personnel management as well as in employee support.
  • Independent and timely payroll processing for German employees using P&I Loga.
  • Compliance with all applicable tax, social security, and company regulations.
  • Supporting our employees and managers in all questions regarding payroll.
  • Communication with external authorities and agencies such as tax offices, social security institutions, and health insurance companies.
  • Responsibility for electronic reports (social security contributions, income tax, DEÜV, BVV) and certificates (authorities, social security institutions).
  • Preparation of annual financial statements and participation in company and income tax audits.
  • Administration and maintenance of personnel data.
  • Reports and evaluations.
  • Monitoring and correction of time recording data and processing of absences
