Order Processing Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Processing incoming customer orders
  • Contractual and technical review of orders
  • Data entry and maintenance in SAP
  • Preparation of quotes
  • Invoicing and shipment of goods, including preparation of shipping documents
  • Assisting sales representatives with customer support
  • General office tasks

Your Profile:

  • Completed training as an industrial clerk or in a similar field
  • Previous experience in order processing
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Confident, structured, and teamoriented work style
