    Pre-Covid, our patented 6.3 ounce mini bottles were served in 300+ hotels, airlines, cruise ships, and trains.

    We had to pivot quickly to launch a DTC eCommerce site, which now serves as a marketplace for wine lovers to explore unique wines from unique regions from around the world.

    With each tasting kit purchased, we offer a virtual tasting with a wine expert.
    Our virtual tastings are used for friends, family, and loved ones to stay connected in a meaningful way.

    We also work with companies like Netflix, Snap, Salesforce, Google, Capital One, Microsoft, and Box to engage with their customers and keep employee culture and cohesion in a new virtual world.

    About the Demand Planning and Inventory Manager at In Good Taste:

    The Demand Planning and Inventory Manager at In Good Taste sits at the forefront of our growth as the operational link between our Product and Marketing team, our Winemakers and Opertations team, and our raw goods suppliers.

    As the fastest growing wine company in the country, this role is critical to our ability to operate at a consistently high level while our customer community and demand for our products continues to expand rapidly.

    This is a pioneering role at IGT and will be the first person to build and formalize our demand planning, forecasting and inventory management systems.


    Your Role and Responsibilities:

    • Build a data-driven multi-channel demand planning program
    • Predict and react to surges in demand by working with the Winemaking, Operations, and Marketing teams
    • Ensure raw goods are ordered in cadence with consumption rates and forecasts while optimizing logistics and shipment schedules to best manage costs of goods
    • Communicate and act as a liaison between the Product/Marketing team, raw goods vendors, and Operations leadership during product launches and regular operations
    • Build and maintain healthy relationships with preferred vendors
    • Manage and report warehouse and winery inventory to key stakeholders including Finance and Operations
    • Work with Operations and Winemaking leaders to build and monitor the production schedule
    • Track and reconcile PO deliveries with suppliers in partnership with Operations and Winemaking teams

    Requirements for This Position:

    • 3+ years of experience in demand planning and forecasting, supply chain management and logistics is required
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience is required
    • Experience working at a startup or rapid-growth small business is strongly preferred
    • Experience working in the beverage, food, and/or CPG industries is strongly preferred
    • Experience working without a formal ERP is preferred
    • Proven ability to build scalable systems and processes that operate in high-growth environments is strongly preferred
