- Perform duties of the Property Director in his/her absence.
- Ensure accounting procedures, forms and reports are performed and discussed with the Director.
- Assist in interviewing applicants for occupancy utilizing all required HUD and CHS policies/procedures and required timelines.
- Collect, prepare, verify all information and forms for HUD 50059 and HAP requests.
- Assist Director/Service Coordinator in arranging, coordinating, and conducting monthly resident meetings, social activities for residents, etc.
- Supervise resident volunteers, develop, and assign work responsibilities, maintain and supervise work hours.
- Assist residents, vendors and visitors as needed.
- Follow all policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Other duties as requested or assigned.
- Customer service skills to handle complex immediate issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer skills to create reports for Director.
- Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
