Are you looking for a leadership position in the laboratory? We offer you immediate employment with a renowned client in Dresden as a laboratory manager (m/f/d) in product maintenance.


Your future responsibilities include:

  • As a laboratory manager (m/f/d), you will lead the product maintenance laboratory and have both technical and disciplinary leadership responsibility for 19 employees (m/f/d).
  • You are responsible for planning and conducting stability tests, samples, and process validations in your laboratory.
  • Adapting, developing, and (re)validating pharmaceutical and chemicalphysical analysis methods falls within your area of responsibility.
  • Creating and reviewing documents for drug approval and writing test methods and documents in the area of stability testing and validation.
  • You will work closely with the production manager and other departments regarding quality issues, supplier qualification, and participation in audits.

Your qualifications for this position are:

  • A successfully completed university degree in pharmacy or alternatively chemistry.
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of method development and validation, as well as knowledge in the field of drug testing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the analytical field in a company with a manufacturing license according to the Medicines Act.
