    SENIOR DIRECTOR FP&A - CORPORATE


    Now recruiting on behalf of $5-10B+ industry leading distribution company in the Southeast US for An experienced Senior Director of Corporate FP&A.

    This opportunity offers company and industry stability, a high growth business model for future years, significant exposure to executive management, and the opportunity to drive change and build and refine a best-in-class Finance function.

    The Senior Director of FP&A will be responsible for Corporate FP&A leadership with a team of 7-9 staff


    This role will include:

    financial reporting, executive leadership presentations, mentoring and developing staff, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, financial modeling, scenario based analysis, Cap Ex analysis, M&A support, and supporting ongoing transformation in structure and financial systems.

    The right candidate for this Senior Director of Corporate FP&A role will have:

    MBA - top tier graduate program
    CPA or CFA certification preferred
    10-12+ years of progressive experience, including numerous years of leadership experience
    Experience serving in Corporate FP&A senior leadership level within a $5 billion+ sized organization
    Track record of working in organizations through periods of change / transformation
    Strong systems and digital experience, with a proven ability to help maximize new technology teools
    Superior communication, presentation and influencing skills
    Proven track record of managing and driving change in highly matrixed organization
    Preference given to those in the distribution, CPG, or similar sectors.
    Track record of job stability and career progression
