- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends and provide actionable insights to enhance decision-making
- Lead the annual budgeting process and work closely with department heads to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Provide accurate and timely financial forecasts, highlighting potential risks and opportunities
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis against budget and forecasts
- Collaborate with operational teams to understand business drivers and contribute to strategic initiatives
- Provide financial guidance and support to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Conduct special financial and business-related studies as requested by leadership
- Respond to ad-hoc requests for financial information and analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A roles, preferably within a private equity backed company, investment banking or SaaS
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Experience in foreign currency
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proficiency in visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems and software (Sage Intact and Salesforce)
