    Director

    FP&A

    to join their finance team.

    This is a fully remote position, and they are looking for a leader who will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of their company.

    You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to drive financial planning, analysis and reporting.


    Director FP&A Responsibilities:
    Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning

    Analyze financial performance, identify trends and provide actionable insights to enhance decision-making

    Lead the annual budgeting process and work closely with department heads to ensure alignment with strategic objectives

    Provide accurate and timely financial forecasts, highlighting potential risks and opportunities

    Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports to executive leadership and key stakeholders

    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis against budget and forecasts

    Collaborate with operational teams to understand business drivers and contribute to strategic initiatives

    Provide financial guidance and support to ensure alignment with organizational goals

    Conduct special financial and business-related studies as requested by leadership

    Respond to ad-hoc requests for financial information and analysis


    Director FP&A Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus

    8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A roles, preferably within a private equity backed company, investment banking or SaaS

    Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

    Experience in foreign currency

    Excellent communication and presentation skills

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

    Proficiency in visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems and software (Sage Intact and Salesforce)
