    Overview:

    VP of Lead Generation

    The primary goal of the (S)VP of Lead Generation / Digital Marketing is to drive patient acquisition through strategic and innovative digital marketing initiatives. This role will lead all digital marketing channels for Embark Behavioral Health's 35+ locations across 16+ states, ensuring a cohesive, fluid, and effective approach.

    This position is on-site our at Chandler Support Office.

    Responsibilities:
    • Lead Generation Obsession: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads, consistently pushing the boundaries of what's possible in patient acquisition.
    • Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a large digital marketing team comprised of contractors, agencies, and full-time employees, fostering a growth mindset and a culture of high energy and accountability.
    • Channel Expertise: Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including paid Google PPC, Paid Social Media, Earned Media, SEO, Conversion Rate Optimization, ad and landing page optimization, CRM marketing, and email automation.
    • Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts, ensuring a high ROI and accountability for results.
    • Budget Management: Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts, allocating resources effectively and fluidly to drive growth and achieve strategic objectives.
    • Strategic Planning: Develop a roadmap for department growth, spend growth, and strategy evolution, presenting plans to the executive team and board of directors and updating progress regularly.
    • Campaign Measurement: Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, analyzing metrics such as leads, qualified leads, conversions, and revenue, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
    • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and optimize digital marketing efforts.
    • Traditional Marketing Integration: Oversee traditional marketing efforts such as billboards, radio, TV, commercials, flyers, and postcards, ensuring appropriate budget allocation and alignment with digital strategies for maximum impact.
    Qualifications:
    • Expertise in evolving brand architecture and positioning to drive positive ROAS & EBITA.
    • Experience developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies encompassing paid, owned, and earned channels.
    • Proven ability to systematically test and analyze strategies to optimize email marketing, SEO, content, user experience, and inbound marketing programs.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and directing online advertising and lead nurturing programs at an enterprise level.
