    The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes within the organization using Epicor software. This role requires a strong understanding of both business operations and Epicor functionality to drive efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness across the organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and processes.
    • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Design and implement solutions using Epicor software to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
    • Develop and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations.
    • Provide training and support to end-users on Epicor functionality and best practices.
    • Work closely with IT teams to ensure system configurations align with business needs and objectives.
    • Stay updated on the latest Epicor features, enhancements, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
    • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
    • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations as required.

    Qualifications

    • Must have experience working with Epicor software in process engineering or a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.
    • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Epicor modules to meet business requirements.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across departments and levels of the organization.
    • Epicor certification(s) is desirable but not required
