- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the services offered by the company to effectively pitch prospects and provide an accurate understanding of our solution. (As noted above, you will be provided with a comprehensive onboarding and training program related to this new market.)
- Independently generate new business by prospecting/networking, attending conferences, trade shows and other events.
- Prepare and send proposals, and oversee the negotiating process through signing of master services agreements and related contracts.
- Respond quickly to inbound prospect inquiries, requests, and questions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline to enable meeting or exceeding your sale target.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects to effectively move them through the sales process to close business, answering questions, inquiries, and addressing objections and concerns along the way.
- Prioritize leads and opportunities for optimal conversion rates.
- Facilitate up-selling and cross-selling working in concert with the Account Management team to achieve deeper account penetration and improve retention.
- Follow-up with team members, including Legal, regarding due dates to ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales presentations, pitches, and sales collateral. Effectively communicate the value proposition and unique selling points of the company's offerings.
- Gather and synthesize prospect feedback and provide constructive suggestions to improve our service offering.
- Provide regular and accurate sales reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with finance and senior management to forecast sales revenue and contribute to the annual budgeting process.
- Stay informed about new regulations, industry trends, market developments, and competitor moves. Use market insights to identify competitive advantages and position the company's services more effectively.
- Three plus years in Sales, ideally in a technology environment.
- Basic understanding of the cloud, cybersecurity, and networking technologies. Experience with a Managed Service Provider is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
- Knowledge of CRM tools; prior ConnectWise experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about the company's services and the industry.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

MNS Group is expanding into the cybersecurity assessment space. We have a comprehensive onboarding program; we will teach you what you need to know to confidently sell into this new and evolving market.
To capture a significant chunk of this new market opportunity we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our company. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit and is adaptable. Prior experience selling technology solutions to small and medium-sized businesses is key. In particular, this role requires someone who is comfortable not only working a known target list, but has been effective at identifying prospects with "intent" to buy.
