    Position Summary:


    The Associate Director of Business Analytics will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the risk analytics strategy to support the organization's risk management objectives.

    This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and articulate risk-related insights that drive informed business decisions.


    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
    Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.

    Identify early warning signs, positive improvements, or meaningful patterns for risk management purposes by studying population/performance/operation efficiency tracking or monitoring of results.

    Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies related to risk.
    Provide ongoing monitoring and analysis of risk-related metrics and communicate insights to key stakeholders.
    Develop or validate advanced predictive or forecasting models.
    Oversee the system implementation of key policies/solutions/strategies.
    Maintain confidentiality of personal information for consumers, including, but not limited to, Social Security numbers and dates of birth.
    Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

    Qualifications and Competencies :

    Experience:
    Minimum 5 years of experience in statistical or data analytics.
    Minimum 3 years of experience with credit risk management.

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Finance, or other quantitative fields.

    Skills Required:
    Proven experience in risk analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
    Strong understanding of risk management principles and methodologies.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and statistical analysis tools.
    Comprehensive knowledge of SQL, SAS, Tableau, and database management is highly desirable.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and translate complex data into actionable insights.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    Manage team of Risk Analysts in analyzing operational risk.
    Mentor and develop team members to enhance their analytical skills and promote a data-driven culture within the organization.
    Assist in coordinating workloads, analytical results, and presentation materials.
    Travel 0-10% - as required.
