    Presto is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Management Associate to join our growing team. As an integral part of the Account Management team, you will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, driving the adoption of Presto's AI solutions, and ensuring client success.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Understand clients' business objectives and challenges and proactively identify opportunities to leverage Presto's AI solutions to address their needs.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support for clients.
    • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review performance metrics, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Plan, monitor, and manage all account initiatives - internal and external.
    • Identify best practices and potential solutions that would enable Presto to scale across all accounts.
    • Serve as an advocate for clients within Presto, championing their needs and driving initiatives to enhance their experience.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field or commensurate years of on the job experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) roles.
    • 1-2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or related roles, preferably in the technology or hospitality industry.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
    • Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
    • Highly organized with excellent project management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
    • Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events, as needed.

    The U.S. base salary range for this position is approximately $58,000 - $ 72,000 annually + bonus, equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all U.S. locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. At Presto, it is not typical for the individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role; compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances for each case.
