    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Demolition Estimator to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in accurately estimating projects of varying scales, from residential demolitions to large-scale commercial and industrial projects. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the success and profitability of our projects while maintaining our commitment to excellence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive reviews of project documentation to gain a thorough understanding of project requirements and specifications.
    • Perform on-site assessments at project locations, including warehouses, residential properties, and commercial buildings, to assess the scope of work and gather essential information for accurate estimation.
    • Develop detailed and precise project budgets, timelines, and schedules, considering all relevant factors and variables.
    • Prepare thorough and professional proposals that address client needs and project requirements effectively.
    • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members to facilitate seamless project execution and promote client satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in construction estimation or project management, with a focus on demolition projects.
    • Expertise in project management principles and practices, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
    • Proficiency in utilizing industry-standard estimating software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
    • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and resolve conflicts efficiently.
    • Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
