    Brand and Product Marketing Leader

    . As a Grand Design team member in this role, you will be responsible for brand and product marketing including positioning, creative campaigns, and media. The ideal candidate for the

    Brand and Product Marketing Leader


    will be responsible for marketing related to Grand Design's Solitude, Momentum, and Influence brands and help translate consumer insights into product realities.

    Key Areas of Responsibility

    Brand strategy and positioning

    Leads creative campaigns, content development and production in partnership with the content creation team and outside agencies

    Helps manage media - search, display, video, etc.

    Sets plan and timeline for event activation and planning for national, regional, and local shows (Hershey, Tampa, Dealer Open House)

    Influencer/Ambassador strategy and management

    Collaborate with Plant Managers and Sales department

    Define product strategy, innovation roadmaps, and product launches with product managers

    Define product architecture (key features and benefits, innovation pipeline)

    Define Value Propositions

    Inform consumer insights learning plan and translate key learnings into product attributes

    Analyze NPS/Customer Satisfaction to influence product development

    Competitive Analysis

    Trend monitoring & reporting

    Education & Experience

    Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

    Must have a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

    Physical Demands

    Must be flexible to travel, 20% of the time including weekends

    Able to be in a production environment for a few hours a week

    Office sitting and standing environment

    Be in the office 4 days/week
