    As the


    Global Marketing Lead , you will have a pivotal role in shaping and executing the overall marketing strategy for FLANDERS, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer and working closely with the executive team.

    You will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities, including branding, market research, product positioning, tradeshows, digital marketing, and overall lead generation.

    You will collaborate closely with cross-functional and regional teams to achieve company objectives, establish brand awareness, and value, and increase high-quality lead generation (MQL/SQL).

    The Global Marketing Lead can be located at our Corporate Headquarters in Evansville, IN or within driving distance of the Corporate Headquarters.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy:


    Work closely with Sales / Product / Business Development teams to understand key market segments, industry trends and competitive landscape.

    Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's business objectives and growth targets.
    Partner with internal stakeholders and marketing agencies to create and execute:
    go-to-market plans for new product launches
    comprehensive tradeshow/industry events
    digital presence and brand development (our website, industry sites, social media)

    Brand Management:
    Improve brand recognition and perceived brand value
    Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
    Develop and maintain brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive and recognizable brand identity.
    Develop/implement surveys & monitor brand sentiment and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

    Digital Marketing and Online Presence:
    Create and manage digital marketing to drive online traffic, engagement, conversions, and leads.
    Develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
    Optimize the company's website for user experience and lead generation.
    Content Creation
    Work with art houses for content creation.
    Ability to create/modify content for advertising, PowerPoints, social media posts.
    Ability to author articles and edit SME content for industry trade articles, web posts, blogs, etc.

    Marketing Analytics and Performance Tracking:
    Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities and track performance regularly.
    Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and demonstrate the impact on business growth.
    Tradeshow & Brand Collateral
    Develop annual tradeshow calendar & plan.
    Manage tradeshow booth materials and collateral
    Manage creation and distribution of brand marketing collateral (slicks, giveaways, calendars, etc.)
    Marketing Budget
    Create and maintain marketing budget to deliver to targets
    Align with regions for balanced and appropriate budget representation of FLANDERS regions/products/offerings
    Supplier Management
    Develop effective relationships with art agencies, trade magazines, and related marketing suppliers
    Determine cost effective marketing supplier strategies

    Qualifications and Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    Proven experience (+8 years) in marketing leadership roles in heavy industry.
    Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and sales leads.
    Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
    Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and identifying customer insights.
    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
