- Responsible for designing performance scorecards for different positions and exploring new business models, providing decisionmaking support for business goals.
- Improve organizational effectiveness based on organizational management goals with the ability to analyze cost, quality and efficiency data.
- Responsible for dedicated project management, conducting indepth cooperation and analysis based on business requirements, providing differentiated solutions and promoting implementation across regions.
- Sharp business insight and clear understanding of business strategies, design, implement, and optimize performance evaluation plans for both shortterm and longterm schemes.
- Integrating business requirements and data visibility, collaborating with platform teams to complete data integration and performance dashboard construction.
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resources, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science are preferred.
- More than 5 years work experience, preferably with experience in consulting corporate or Internet corporate HRBP.
- Strong communication and expression skills, logical thinking, teamwork and execution ability needed. Independent thinking and capable of exploring and prioritising the core business needs.
- Structural thinking and strong selfdriven, strong business sense and ability to conduct rational analysis plans.
- Proficient in using SQL and Excel, mastering basic statistical knowledge, and capacity in using tools such as Python or R are preferred.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ $232222 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match.
As well as Dental, Vision, Short/Long term Disability, Basic Life, Voluntary Life and AD&D insurance plans. In addition to Flexible Spending Account(FSA) Options like Health Care, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care.Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
