- Minimum 5 years of experience with Swiss CNC Machines including programming and setup
- Proven ability to lead and mentor other machinists
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and understanding geometric tolerances
- Skilled in performing first piece inspection and process inspections
- Familiarity with measurement tools for precise tolerances and dimensions
- Capability to maintain accurate production records, including scrap and non-conformance
- Experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
- Knowledge of G&M codes
- Proficiency in SolidWorks
- Oversee the production process, ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Conduct regular quality checks using microscopes, vision systems, and hand inspection tools
- Manage and maintain multiple Citizen CNC machines while supervising production employees
