    We are currently seeking a Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to work the Medicaid Transformation initiative team to establish and execute QA tasks for evaluating vendor processes and deliverables against quality criteria, identifying issues and making recommendations for improvement over the duration of the project. The Senior QA Analyst will support the definition, planning, reviews and coordination of QA activities related to the project.

    Job Duties

    • Lead the establishment of QA processes and procedures to support the Medicaid Transformation initiative
    • Review processes and artifacts to identify and document QA issues and recommendations relative to the implementation and maintenance of the Medicaid Transformation initiative vendor deliverables
    • Review vendor project artifacts throughout the system development life cycle for quality, compliance, and completeness, documenting the observations and findings using standard checklists and comment matrices
      • Artifacts reviewed include, but are not limited to: Project Estimates, Deliverable Expectation Documents (DEDs), Requirements Documents, Technical Design Documents, Test Packages, Change Requests, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Test Plans, Scenarios and Results, Transition Plans, Billing Invoices and any other artifacts as required Other tasks as assigned by the client
    Qualifications
    • Eight (8) or more years of experience including:
      • Three (3) years of quality assurance experience conducting reviews of various system development life cycle artifacts, deliverables and processes
      • Two (2) years of experience working in a health care environment
      • Ability to assess technical proposals against best practices Ability to assess level of effort and project estimates against a proposal and recommend acceptance or rejection
      • 50% on site in Albany, NY
    Annual Salary Range: $90, $120,000.00
