Are you a dedicated practice supervisor who supports our nursing team with your expertise and pedagogical skills and guides our trainees on their path to becoming qualified nursing professionals at Prairie View?
Your responsibilities
- Targeted and professional guidance, including pre- and post-discussions, evaluation, and documentation
- Qualified performance assessment and regular feedback discussions with trainees
- Regular exchange with the nursing school about learning content, learning difficulties, and learning goals
- Training of new employees
- Independent and responsible care for older and dependent individuals
- Planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing processes
- Collaboration in medical diagnostics and therapy
Your profile
- Completed training as a nursing professional (geriatric nurse, health and nursing care professional)
- Further education as a practice supervisor
- Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking
- Motivated
- Sociable
- Team-oriented
- Organizational talent
- Willing to take on responsibility
- Looking for a new team or a fresh start
