We are looking for you to strengthen our team in IT administration.

Your tasks:

You are ready to support users at 1st and 2nd level when things get busy.

You master the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications, including servers, laptops, thin clients (Igel), smartphones (MDM), printers, and VOIP phones.

You not only bring ideas for improved IT processes, but also have the desire to actively participate in IT projects.

Coordinating, coordinating, and communicating with external service providers and internal departments is a welcome change for you.

You not only identify IT problems, but also bring in solution approaches.

A smooth process is a matter of course for you - whether it's providing user accounts and Exchange mailboxes or managing access rights and security policies.

Updating and maintaining IT documentation, instructions, and process documentation are part of your responsibilities.

Obtaining quotes, comparing them, and checking invoices are familiar tasks for you.
