Essential
Job Functions:
Remove trash daily throughout the agency.
Clean staff break room, copy room, conference room, and group rooms. Clean all interior and exterior glass doors daily.
Vacuum all carpeted hallways and high traffic areas daily (i.e. conference room, copy room, group rooms). Sweep and mop all tiles areas daily.
Clean all bathrooms daily by sanitizing toilets/sinks, sweeping and mopping floors, and stocking supplies.
Dust furniture in lobby, conference room, and copy room daily.
Vacuum carpeted individual offices and sweep/mop tiles offices on a rotating schedule so that offices are vacuumed on a routine basis.
Wipe down walls, baseboards and chair rails in hallways and offices.Empty outside building trash containers daily.
Clean office window sills monthly and interior windows as needed. Demonstrates interest in long and short-term goals and objectives of 'The System'.Other duties as assigned by Executive Team Members.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Thorough knowledge of policies, procedures, equipment, materials and supplies related to cleaning.
Extensive knowledge of safety practices and principles related to maintenance activities including any applicable laws or regulations.
Capable of effectively communication and interaction with coworkers, managers, subordinates and the general public sufficient to exchange or convey information and to receive work direction.
Experience and Education Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred;Two (2) years responsible employment history with an emphasis on previous Housekeeping experience
Supervisory Requirements:

Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record and abuse/neglect.
Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment.
All training requirements including Relias Learning at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter.
Valid driver's license and insurance in state of residency with an acceptable driving record.
