    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Job Description for Construction Administrator:

    MUST HAVES:

  • Bachelor Degree in Architecture
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Knowledge of Revit
  • Proficient with Codes, Regulations and Specifications

    • Skills:

    Construction, Project Coordination, Architecture, Construction Document, Construction Administration, Project Administration, Revit, Design, Document Control

    Construction Administrator that has a good understanding of Architecture and Construction. They will be responsible for handling construction documentation, going out on sites and gather data, and interfacing with internal team members as well as all contractors, sub contractors and others on the project. They don't need to have a strong presence in designing, but have to have a good understanding of how things all come together. They will be working on primarily Healthcare, Higher Educational K-12 projects.

    Responsibilities:

    Experience in a variety of market segments specifically K-12 & Higher Education

    Present technical design solutions to client representatives as well as Contractors

    Ability to quickly and accurately resolve on-site construction issues

    Maintain and develop relationships with past, current and new clients

    Demonstrated understanding of construction practices and methodologies

    Visit construction sites to gather information, answer contractor questions and prepare punch list as owner' representative

    Lead on-site Construction Administration process for projects of all sizes while managing and collaborating with multiple team members, contractors and client representatives
