We are looking to add a Project Coordinator to our incredible team. This entry-level position will support both our Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo offices. This role is in person and will mainly report to our Grand Rapids location.

The Project Coordinator will assist with project start-up and closeout, including sending, receiving, and tracking submittals.

They will write and issue subcontracts and purchase orders and work in an administrative support position with the Project Managers to maintain job organization.
