    Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a knack for coordinating maintenance tasks efficiently? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you

    Our company is currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Coordinator to join our team.

    As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and overseeing maintenance activities, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the timely resolution of maintenance issues for our property management company.


    Responsibilities:
    Coordinate maintenance tasks and schedules.

    Communicate effectively with tenants and vendors.

    Oversee repair and maintenance projects.

    Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

    Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.


    Requirements:
    Previous experience in maintenance coordination or related field.

    Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    Proficiency in basic computer software.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


    Benefits:
    Salary positon at 54k annual DOE
