Head of Nursing 39 h/week

The Caritas Association Nuremberg is currently seeking a Head of Nursing to join our team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for ensuring and maintaining high quality care and support
  • You plan and organize staff assignments
  • You implement current knowledge in the field of nursing

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed a nursing education and have further training as a nursing service manager or a degree in nursing management
  • You have several years of professional experience in a management position in the nursing field
  • You have a motivating, cooperative, and goal-oriented leadership style
  • You have experience in implementing and developing contemporary nursing concepts, as well as relevant knowledge in the development of quality assurance measures
