- Answer and screen telephone calls
- Research and contact potential customers
- Maintain a record of important phone calls
- Retrieve and screen e-mails
- Maintain appointment schedule concerning meetings, luncheons, conferences, discussions, etc.; reminding officer of appointments, as required
- Arrange travel schedule and reservations
- Type letters, reports, memoranda, and other company-related forms
- Take dictation and type business correspondence in reply to customer inquiries
- Proofread and verify all documents produced
- Collect data and assist in preparing reports
- Maintain a current set of records and files
- Other duties as assigned
