- Initiation of the PLD/FPGA development team (currently 13 employees) in the electronics software development at Liebherr Aerospace
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of assigned employees
- Employee development - starting with hiring and subsequent promotion of employees
- Ensuring a smooth, high-quality PLD/FPGA development operation in international agile teams in the Aerospace division
- Organization, definition, and continuous improvement of PLD/FPGA development processes, procedures, and resources within the discipline
- Close collaboration with the PLD/FPGA test team to further develop and ensure an efficient overall certification strategy
- Continual improvement of the PLD/FPGA tool landscape
- Participation in customer reviews and regulatory audits
- Management and monitoring of suppliers
- Contribution to the strategic direction of the product area and planning of research and technology programs
Bring your strengths: Your qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in technical computer science, electrical engineering, or similar qualification
- Several years of experience in PLD/FPGA development using modern development, testing, and simulation techniques
