  • Training as a construction technician, vocational college student specializing in construction technology, technical assistant specializing in construction technology, or construction drafter
  • First professional experience in the field of cost estimation
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and costconsciousness
  • Affinity for numbers

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurate cost estimation for projects in our business areas by creating all necessary services and costs for execution
  • Development of a basic structure for project management, controlling, and postcalculation
  • Preparation of capital requirement calculations and financial plans
  • Change management for customer requests made after project initiation
  • Supervision of execution in the areas of bidding, cost control, and postcalculation
  • Introduction training for new employees on the topic of cost estimation
  • Coordination meetings and inquiries regarding cost estimation (including onsite)
