Job Description OSMC is growing it's IT Department and looking for you.

Job Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will assist with installation, configuration, updating, maintenance and support of workstations, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment, software, mobile devices, and network related problems either desk side or using remote support tools for a multi-site organization. Travel between facilities is required. This position will be working part time hours of 20 hours a week. These hours are able to fluctuate based on a college schedule but must be able to work between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Essential Requirements

Ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience in the following:

Working within a Microsoft Windows network environment with Windows Operating System, and Office 365.
Configuring and troubleshooting computer hardware and peripheral devices.
Work with Vendors for network hardware and/or software issues as needed.
Track and log details of work performed.
Maintain IT support documentation regarding software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in an IT support role. Experience in Health IT a plus.
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License and vehicle
Must be able to sit for long periods of time
