**Type: Full Time**
**Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Standard Time**
**Position Summary:**
This position will be responsible for working with internal and external teams to ensure business processes are being met, reviewing journal entries and reconciliations, overseeing company work, ensuring policies and regulations are being followed, and providing support to the team as necessary.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Responsible for working with internal and external teams to ensure business processes are being met
Ensuring current business units are stabilized
Assists with new business onboarding and new business processes, both set-up and oversight
Assists teams in an interim Team Lead capacity as needed
Reviews processes and procedures for performance improv
Investigate any variances identified through the reconciliation process
Create/maintain standard operating procedures in accordance to policy
Analyze business trends and provide recommendations to business partners to increase efficiencies
Support stakeholder inquiries and information requests within our SLA
Produce and review daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting using reporting systems/tools
Train and assist new and current employees in business processes
Support month end, quarter end, and year end closing
Determine and demonstrate appropriate support to adhere to MS policy and SOX regulations
Create and analyze monthly activity and ad hoc reports as required by SOX
Track utilization to monitor/assess staffing needs
Subject to onsite audits of all tasks requiring process explanation and accountability
Compile data for monthly business reviews to the stakeholder
Make independent decisions concerning process improvement and business needs
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
Analyze team needs and make recommendations on team performance and business processes
Responsible for reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations for compliance with accounting standards
Review processes and procedures for performance improvement
**Qualification and Requirements:**
BA/BS (4 year) degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Preferred minimum 2-6 years relevant experience post Accounting Qualification achievement
Proficiency in Microsoft EXCEL pivot tables, formulas, v-lookups, data analysis and the ability to manipulate large volumes of data.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to complete daily tasks as required
Presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to drive results through ownership and continuous passion for process improvements.
Ability to prioritize, manage and deliver multiple deliverables and projects concurrently.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in Shared Service Center/Outsourcing environment a plus.
