- Lead and guide the order fulfillment team to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluation of staff members.
- Supervise all warehouse activities, including shipping/receiving, inventory control, product returns, and availability of rental/demo equipment.
- Generate required inventory reports for the designated territory.
- Offer insights and action plans to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate across functions to facilitate equipment procurement and delivery, ensuring timely service provision.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to plan equipment deliveries and meet revenue objectives.
- Address and resolve escalations in accordance with established procedures in collaboration with other internal departments.
- Ensure quality standards to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline turnaround times.
- Effectively schedule and manage distribution routes.
- Implement Numotion's best practices and promote operational standardization within the assigned territory.
- Utilize reporting tools to optimize business performance.
- Ensure direct reports adequately support internal and external customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all activities and operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five years of operational experience.
- At least two years of supervisory experience with a focus on leadership, mentorship, and coaching.
- Valid State Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record.
- Willingness to travel frequently across geographical locations.
- Familiarity with complex rehab equipment and products.
- Demonstrated technical or mechanical proficiency.
- Basic understanding of financial reporting.
- Experience in healthcare management or exposure to healthcare settings.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment to achieve common objectives.
- Proven track record of driving change and fostering acceptance of change in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

The Director of Operations Fulfillment is accountable for overseeing efficient shipping/receiving, inventory management, assembly, and delivery operations at the local level.
